Sport - for the mental toughness, relatability with the nerves, working hard, the positive competition, the mindset of an athlete.

How can you bring that more into your life? How to make it a daily practice? Where in the workplace or personal life can you do this? Where can I practice this mindset?
Bring your personality type into the workplace. It’s the beginning of pursuing your purpose.
We forget our passions because we can’t practice it.
